I’ll Toast to That!
This time of year is one of celebration: it is the graduation, BBQ, summer birthday season! The wine I think that goes with most anything and any occasion is sparkling. Champagne (which is only called Champagne if from the Champagne region of France) and other sparkling wines come in so much variety it’s crazy, plus it is the easiest wine, in my opinion, to mix in a cocktail. Here are my suggestions for the summer BBQ, even if the sun never comes out in Seattle.
